Let us cater your next event, company function or fundraiser of groups of 25 to 1000+ with authentic Texas Style BBQ.

 

Our packages are as follows:

 

• 1 meat / 2 sides: $18 per person (+$2.00 for Brisket, Tri-Tip or Baby Back Ribs)

 

• 2 meats / 2 sides: $20 per person  (+$2.00 for Brisket, Tri-Tip or Baby Back Ribs)

 

• 3 meats / 2 sides: $22 per person  (+$2.00 for Brisket, Tri-Tip or Baby Back Ribs)

 

 

• Prices are for Drop-off. Delivery charges may apply depending on location.

  • 25 person minimum for drop off catering.

  • Set up and disposable chafing equipment can be provided at an additional charge.

    • Disposable chafers with 2hr fuel, hot water, serving utensils are an additional $15 per stand.

 

• Full Service on-site catering is an additional $450 

  • Full Service catering includes buffet style set up on our tables and linen, plates, napkins, utensils, BBQ sauce, pickles, pickled red onions, and dinner rolls.

  • Includes 1.5 hours of service.

  • 50 person minimum for full service catering.

 

• Additional meats and sides can be added upon request.

 

• 18% gratuity will be added to all Full Service Catering.

• Seasonal Mixed Greens Salad (with seasonal fruit, nuts, feta cheese, house vinaigrette)

• Banana Pudding - $55.00  (24 servings)
